We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used. All returned items must be in their original, sealed condition with packaging intact.

Pack the item in original condition
Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened cannot be accepted.

Ship it back & send us the tracking number
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor its return.
