Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders between $0 and $99.99: $15 shipping cost.

  • Orders between $100 and $300: $8 shipping cost.

  • Orders over $300: Free shipping.

  • The above rates apply to items within the weight limit. For heavier items, the shipping cost will vary and will be displayed in the cart. Please check the shipping rate at checkout for more details.

Processing Time:

  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

In-store Pickup:

  • Address: 8360 Kennedy Road, Unit 100, Markham, Ontario.

  • Store Hours: 11 AM to 6 PM.

Returns and Refunds:

  • We value your satisfaction and strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and you will need to provide us with the tracking number.

  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
